New Skills in Assassin's Creed: Valhalla Leaked and Blocked

New skills for Assassin's Creed: Valhalla were accidentally made available a bit too early. Despite a quick update released for Ubisoft's game to fix the mistake, there is a simple way to try out the new skills even now.

IN A NUTSHELL:
  1. New skills in Assassin's Creed: Valhalla appeared a bit too early;
  2. Ubisoft released a patch that blocked access to them, but there is a way to use the skills nevertheless.

For a limited time, Assassin's Creed: Valhalla offered new skills related to the Yule Festival event. If you missed their short presence in the game, we have information on how to access them.

The new skills of the main character in the game are mentioned in the list of changes made by the last patch for Assassin's Creed: Valhalla. These were supposed to be made available during the Yule Festival, but it turned out that some of the users have seen them much earlier. The developers quickly released a fix to block access to the skills, but there is a way around this.

All we have to do is disconnect the console (or PC) from the Internet. Then, when we start the game we will see a message that the Yule Festival is over. The most important thing, however, is that the new skills will appear in the character development tree, which you can see in the video below (from 1:52).

Of course, to use them, we have to play Valhalla without the network connection. Otherwise the title will automatically download the update and the skills will be blocked again. Is it worth bothering? In the wolf tree you get an increased chance to find arrows, the bear path gives us the opportunity to fill the adrenaline bar at the beginning of every fight, and the raven offers to automatically pick up a corpse after assassination.

The representative of Ubisoft in response to questions from Kotaku admitted that the company knows about its failure. The skills were blocked because, according to the staff preparing the new content, they were not yet ready to share them.
