As Microsoft announced earlier, at today's Xbox Developer_Direct show we received another gameplay trailer for RPG Avowed from Obsidian Entertainment. We last saw the state of this game over half a year ago at the Xbox Game Showcase and it must be admitted that the creators have made considerable progress in their work.

But that's not the end of the good news. Apart from new information, Obsidian has revealed the release date. Avowed will debut in the fall. Thus, earlier leaks about the game's debut were confirmed. This action RPG will be released on PC, Xbox Series X/S consoles and be available on the PC/Xbox Game Pass service on release.

In the above material, the devs showed us many new gameplay fragments. We learned, for example, what the combat or dialogues will look like. Developers also noted that our choices will matter.

Avowed will transport players to the unexplored land called the Living Lands, located in the world of Eora (known from the Pillars of Eternity series). Our main goal will be to explore these areas and determine the cause of the prevailing plague there.
