Baldur’s Gate 3 is a great success which shows that RPGs which are concentrated on single player or small coop experience can still shine among many multiplayer titles. Fans are charmed by BG3, many of them arguing that the game is 10/10. Of course, there is always something to improve. Some players accustomed to the WASD type of movement are wondering, if such thing is possible in Larian’s new production. Let’s find out.

Baldur’s Gate 3 - WASD in BG3

Of course, it is possible to use WASD, however, you can only do that to control the camera. Characters can’t be moved in this way.

However, there is something you can do to get WASD-like experience while exploting BG3 world – use controller. It will allow you to move your picked character thanks to an analog stick. It is even smoother than using a keyboard. Sadly, if you don’t have one, you have to probably wait for mods or the day that Larian Studios will add this feature.
