Baldur's Gate 3 received another update as part of the ongoing Patch 8 tests. Could it be that the Larian studio is already on the final stretch?
Larian Studios continues work on the last major update for Baldur’s Gate 3. As part of the ongoing Patch 8 tests, the third update has been released, concentrating on fixing various bugs, improving game stability, and balancing new subclasses. Developers, as always, also encourage players to report any errors on the dedicated page.
The third update includes many changes and improvements - I recommend checking out the complete list in the official Steam post. Below, you can read about the most important ones.
Patch 8 has been tested by players on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S since the end of January. Larian Studios is gradually polishing the update, introducing more improvements before its final release. We are still waiting for the developers to present the last four subclasses on their YouTube channel - it's been almost two weeks since the studio's latest release, and nearly four weeks since the one before that (which might indicate that the next one will be released tomorrow). Although the exact release date of Patch 8 is not yet known, the pace of updates suggests that the final version may appear soon.
