During the presentation of the company Dreamhaven, the space PvP game Wildgate was announced. We also learned the release dates of two other projects.
At the Summer Game Fest 2025, we saw a new trailer for Wildgate, which invites players to test the game, scheduled to take place from June 9th to 16th.
Yesterday evening, a presentation of Dreamhaven was held, which is a company run by Mike Morhaime, one of the founders and long-time CEOs of Blizzard, who left it in 2019.
Dreamhaven is meant to be more than just a development studio. The company will also be the publisher of games from other teams. The presentation covered four projects.
The highlight of the show was the announcement of Wildgate, developed by the Moonshot Games team, a division of Dreamhaven. The title can be simply described as "Sea of Thieves in space."
The first tests will take place on April 10-14. Interested players can express their interest in participating on the official website.
The show also revealed the release date for Sunderfolk, a tactical RPG enriched with elements borrowed from board games.
At the same time, a game demo was released, but it is only available on GeForce Now.
We also found out when Lynked: Banner of the Spark will leave early access. The PC edition will reach version 1.0 on May 22nd this year. The game will be relesed on Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and PlayStation 5 on the same day.
Furthermore, it was announced that the auto battler Mechabellum has parted ways with its publisher Paradox and joined Dreamhaven Games, which is anticipated to lead to significant further development of the game.
At the same time, a 20% discount was set up on Steam, enabling you to buy the game for $11.99 until April 8th. Moreover, this weekend you will be able to check out the game for free.
