Do you miss old-school JRPGs? If the answer is yes, Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes was released today. This game is a modern take on this classic genre. The most impressive part of this production is the amount of heroes to hire – over 100. Some of them can be found quite quickly. You even get a special quest to gather them. Let’s recruit members for the Watch.
How to Recruit Members for the Watch (More Heroes)
Soon enough, after some tutorial missions, Ymir will ask you to gather more people to your party. New members for the Watch are hidden in three places – Eltisweiss (city where you start the quest), Altverden Village (go west) and Fort Xialuke (go north).
Eltisweiss
- Iugo – he is in a building. The path to it is quite well hidden, so be careful. It is enough to talk to the warrior to recruit him.
- Mellore – go near the fountain in the middle of the map to trigger the cutscene. Now, try to leave the city. Next, go east to Redthroat Ridge. She will wait for you at the location starting point (talk to Kuroto earlier, as his quest is in the same place). Go with her to the end of the map and defeat the boss. We recommend recruiting more followers before that.
Altverden Village
- Francesca – go to the upper part of the village, to the point marked on the map and the cutscene will start. You will be able to add her as your companion.
- Kuroto – he is on the lower street, to recruit him, you will have to defeat 3 boars first. You can find them in Redthroat Ridge (quest for Mellore is there), go east. After doing so, go back to him.
Fort Xialuke
- Yusuke – go to Fort Xialuke (north of the map) and talk to the man guarded by two soldiers. This hero is hard to miss, as he stands in the middle of the road.
