FC 25 - Store Checkout Error, Players Can’t Buy FIFA Points

The latest issue to emerge involves FC Points, the in-game currency used to acquire packs, participate in Draft mode, and shop in the Clubs Store and FC Hub. UPDATE: It seems that some players were able to purchase FC Points, but in an amount less than what they currently had in their wallets. While this doesn't completely solve the issue, it does allow you to buy some of the points.
One of the most persistent issues has been the game's performance on both consoles and PC. People have reported inconsistent controller functionality, where buttons fail to respond, or inputs are delayed during critical moments during gameplay. Additionally, server instability has further compounded the problem. Many users are finding themselves stuck in endless loading screens when attempting to launch the game.
However, the most pressing concern affecting players lately has been the FC Points Store. Despite having funds in their digital wallets, a number of users have been unable to complete purchases or use their FC Points within the game. While some transactions have gone through successfully, many have failed due to persistent errors.
EA has acknowledged the problem, but so far, no timeline for fixes has been provided. Until these issues are resolved, players are left to deal with a game that feels incomplete and riddled with bugs.
