FIFA 23 Slayed FIFA 22; Here's What EA Sports FC Will Offer
Electronic Arts bragged about the excellent performance of FIFA 23, and we also learned a little new about EA Sports FC.
In the new financial report from Electronic Arts, there was some interesting information regarding the sales results of FIFA 23, as well as this year's game that will replace the brand, i.e. EA Sports FC.
FIFA 23 a great success
The latest installment of the series proved to be a great success.
- In six months FIFA 23 topped the total sales of FIFA 22.
- The game recorded the best debut in the brand's history.
- In the first quarter of this year, revenues from FIFA were 31% higher than in the same period of 2022.
FIFA 23 was released on September 30, 2022. The game is available on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5.
What EA Sports FC will offer
FIFA 23 is the latest installment of the FIFAseries, which will be developed by EA. The company has ended cooperation with the eponymous organization and this year it will launch a new football series with EA Sports FC. From the publisher's report, we learned that the game will offer:
- 19,000 licensed players,
- 700 teams,
- 30 leagues,
- more than 300 partner companies.
More about EA Sports FC will be revealed in July - when a full-fledged presentation of the game will take place (according to Tom Henderson it will take place either on July 12 or 13).
