Gamepressure E3 2019 Expo Best Games Awards
This year's E3 has just ended and we've managed to give scores and distribute awards to best upcoming titles which were announced and mentioned during E3 2019 Expo. Check them out!
Our editors, apart from writing news and articles about the E3 highlights, also had an important task: to distribute awards for the best titles announced or showcased during this years E3 Expo. After ultra long discussions and disputes in our editor's office, we have finally chosen the winners. So who won the category for best and most important title?
The title of The Best Game of E3 2019 was awarded to Cyberpunk 2077. We appreciated the game for its great presentation during the Microsoft E3 2019 Expo conference, but most of all we admired the game for outstanding graphics, Keanu Reeves, gameplay, (Keanu Reeves one more time) and complexity of the showcased world. We watched Cyberpunk 2077 in a closed show, which instantly made our decision about the reward in this category.
The title of the best game of E3 2019 is not all, because Cyberpunk 2077 also have won the title of Best PC Game, Best Graphics and Best RPG. A total of four awards, but it is worth noting that the developer's themselves particularly liked the award in the Best RPG category. On the official Cyberpunk Instagram profile, the developers have placed a short video with the moment of hanging the award' tablet.
We appreciated many other games and development studios. The title of the Best FPS was awarded to Borderlands 3, the Biggest Surprise to Watch Dogs: Legion, the Best New IP to The Outer Worlds, and the award of Best Action-Adventure Game went to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. The last three awards went to Monster Hunter: Iceborne for multiplayer mode and Roller Champions, which we considered the Best Sports Game of E3 2019. Also, we liked the new production of Techland - Dying Light 2 which received the title of Best Zombie Game.
