House Flipper: Pets DLC Announced
House Flipper: Pets DLC has been announced, an add-on that will enhance the game with the ability to take in pets and create a hotel for them.

Pets DLC was announced for House Flipper, the popular estate simulator. Frozen Way and Empyrean are responsible for the expansion, the same teams that prepared the base game. The release is planned for the first quarter of 2022. For now, only the release on PC has been confirmed.
As the title suggests, Pets DLC will enable us to take in a pet. The add-on will offer ten of the most popular breeds of dogs and cats, but it will also be possible to take care of hamsters, rabbits, turtles or parrots, among others. Players are expected to develop relationships with their pets through learning and play.
Pets DLC will introduce ten new buildings and over 150 additional items to House Flipper . They will enable us to design, for example, a room for our pet or a place to play in the garden. During the game we'll use watering dishes, food dispensers and special pillows.
The expansion will enable us not only to adopt a pet at home, but also to create a hotel for other people's pets. The better conditions and services we offer, the more eagerly the citizens will entrust their pets to our care, enabling us to earn more money and thus more resources for further investments.
Pets DLC will also introduce ten new story quests, which will revolve around pets and their problems.
House Flipper debuted in 2018 on PC. The game turned out to be a real hit, selling more than a million copies. The PC success of the game encouraged the devs to port it to other hardware platforms. Last year, the title came to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles, as well as mobile devices with iOS and Android systems.
