All RPG players know that loot is important in this kind of games. Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon isn’t an exception. But where to store all the found goods?
RPG fans have a perfect occasion to revisit (or visit for the first time) world of Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon. This early access game is finally available in version 1.0. So you won't struggle with unfinished mechanics like collecting wood. Yes, it used to be much worse than it is now. It is a good thing that developers have improved it as gathering resources and loot is an important part of gameplay in Tainted Grail. However, some of the items found may prove useful only after time and you do not have unlimited carrying capacity. So, where to store all your treasures?
Stashes are important elements of RPG games. These are places where you can put all items that you don’t need at the moment but still can be useful in the future. Tainted Grail also has this feature. You can find stashes in some key places on the maps – their location will be marked when you get closer to it, revealing the area. So, where to look? There are three such places on the first map – Horns of the South.
At first glance, you may think that you need home to stash your items in Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon but fortunately it is not true. Of course, the game also features houses. However, there is a lot of trouble with getting one. You can buy them (for a lot of money) or get access to them through series of quests. Not efficient at all. Chests are available from the beginning, and they are free.
Items in Tainted Grail have their own weight. So, every time you put something in the inventory, you slowly get closer to reaching the limit. You should control what you put in the bag. If you are encumbered, in the first place, get rid of everything that is marked as “garbage”. Those items are almost worthless anyway. A similar case is with clothes of your early enemies. They are quite heavy, but at the same time cheap.
You can increase your weight limit by investing points in the endurance stat. Additionally you can equip Ring Of Toughness which increases your carrying capacity by 25. This item can be found in the starting area called Island Asylum. It’s a drop from the Giant Sentinel boss.
