Star Wars Obi-Wan Filming Schedule Revealed

Ewan McGregor appeared on The Graham Norton Show and informed about the expected production start date of the upcoming Star Wars show focused on Obi-Wan.

If you have been following information related to Star Wars for at least the last few months, you probably know that a series about Obi-Wan was supposed to be put into production at least several times now. Nevertheless, the creators still haven't decided to start working. However, if we believe Ewan McGregor, the main star of the show, the crew will start shooting next March. The actor informed about it during his participation in The Graham Norton Show.

The artist was also asked how he worked on a credible impersonation of Obi-Wan Kenobi, which would refer at least a little to Alec Guinness' legendary role in New Hope. It turns out that McGregor is a big fan of the actor and he watched many films with his participation to prepare his acting workshop.

At this moment we don't know when the first (and only) season of the series about Obi-Wan will air, but the most probable date seems to be 2022 (or the end of 2021). However, we have great news for the impatient fans of Star Wars , because still this month, on October 30, the second season of The Mandalorian will appear on Disney+. It will surely fill the void coming from the distinct lack of superproductions in cinemas.
