A few days ago Stranded: Alien Dawn, a strategy game with survival elements developed by Haemimont Games, in which we direct a group of colonists trying to survive on an alien planet, has left early access. The studio is known from the popular Tropico series , The devs have reasons to be pleased, as their creation is doing very well on Steam.
"Really great game! Good gameplay balance, nice graphics, good sound, well done character behavior. In fact, it's The Sims combined with RimWorld, but I like it! And I didn't find any glitches or bugs!"
"Remember when you started and finished 20 games in Banished, before you got to the skill? Well, imagine it all spiced up with mechanics from The Sims. I love Stranded: Alien Dawn and apparently many other people do too."
"Basically, it's RimWorld in 3D. This game has a bright future ahead of it. For me, it's a 9/10."
With the release of version 1.0, Stranded: Alien Dawn also arrived on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PlayStation 5 consoles.
Success of Stranded: Alien Dawn comes as no surprise. Survival strategy games are very popular nowadays, and this one enriches the proven solutions of the genre with some interesting elements. The game offers a large three-dimensional world to explore, which lives its own life and offers a wealth of current flora and fauna. On top of that, each of our charges is a unique character, with his own personality and biography. All this makes the gameplay highly unpredictable and like in RimWorld, each session brings interesting new stories in our colony.
