Ten years after the launch of StarCraft 2: Wings of Liberty, Blizzard Entertainment decided to limit support for the game. Developers will no longer create new paid content for the microtransaction system - collector's item boxes and commanders.

Google's Artificial Intelligence team - DeepMind reported that their AlphaStar AI defeated two professional StarCraft 2 players from Team Liquid. In both cases, the games ended with a 5:0 result.

You can now pre-order Nova Covert Ops, a 3-episode mission bundle for StarCraft II. The expansion, whose first part is going to arrive in January 2016, will not require the base game to play.
