Follow the steps below to fix the time discrepancy bug on Windows 10:

  1. Go to Windows Settings and choose Time & language section,

On Windows 11 steps are similar, yet they differ a bit:

  1. Open Windows Settings and go to Time & language tab as in Windows 10,
  2. Click on Date & time option and similarly check if you have Set time automatically enabled. If not, enable it,
  3. Next, in the same menu, a bit lower is an Additional settings section,
  4. There you will find Sync now tab with all the information about the Last successful time synchronization and Time server. Click the Sync now button to the right.
