Wuthering Waves is an upcoming action RPG, which is planned to be released on 22 May. Thousands of fans are waiting for this title. However, developers from Kuro Games announced that the game will be available only on PC (Epic Games Store) and mobiles (Android and iOS). Of course, console owners would like to get a chance to play, too. Let’s talk about this possibility.

Wuthering Waves – Console (PS5, PS4, Xbox and Switch) Release

To put it simply – as of now it is impossible to tell if the consoles will get their Wuthering Waves port. We may read in the FAQ on the official Discord server that:

Will the game be on consoles like Sony, Xbox, or Nintendo?

Related news regarding any console release will be provided through our official links. Currently, we do not have any details regarding this.

As you can see from the above, developers did not make their minds regarding console versions. It is a good and bad thing at the same time. While we should not expect the port on consoles soon, there is a chance that it will happen in the future. Probably, it will depend on the popularity and demand.

If we had to guess, PS5 and PS4 have the biggest chance of getting their ports. This estimation is based simply on Google Trends and the frequency of searching “Wuthering Waves + console name”. So, it is definitely something you should not perceive as a certainty, but as a hint. Everything can change in the future. We have to wait for more information from developers.
