In this short section you can learn how to give your agents new identities and how to decrease their heat levels.
Every tactical mission increases heat level of agents who participated in it. Reaching a certain point can reveal your agents - you will have to give them new identities. By doing that you make your agents more difficult to find by the opposing agency. To assign new identities you need to have a forger (this person can also print fake money). Follow the instructions presented in the vide and in the picture - click on New Identity to complete the process. This will cost you $500.
