Pillars of Eternity: Bogged Down - side quest

How to unlock: talk to Herla, who can be found next to broken wagon (M12,1).

While exploring the west part of Mowrghek Ien, you will come across Herla, who is standing next to a broken wagon (M12,1). Furthermore, she was separated from her companion, Benno, and they can't continue the journey without one another.

Unfortunately, Benno was trapped in a magic barrier, and you can't reach him.

You will find Benno in Ritual Circle (M12,2), south from the wagon. Unfortunately, he was trapped in a magic barrier, and you will have to find a way to set him free. Head to west and look for a Chest (M12,3). Inside you will find Badrwn's Note. Take it and head back to the Ritual Circle. Talk to Benno, and several spirits should appear. You can choose whether or not you will let them take care of Benno. Your decision does not affect the very quest, and can only trigger an extra fight. When you are done, return to Herla (M12,2), who will reward you with 2000 coins.
