Kill the warden in your way into the prison. This way, you free Bryn, your new ally. Loot the corpse of the warden and collect the Burning Dawn Log Pages, which grants you with access to the List of Names side quest.
Kill the Gilded Eye leader - Jessia, to gain access to the catacombs exit
Talk to and free Morlesh to receive the Cult of Ghandaur side quest
Free Leoril to continue the Free the Bartender side quest

Kill the enemies and search the room. Here, you find a morsel to feed to the prison dogs
In the armory, there is interesting equipment for you. Also, you find a half of the legendary shield here
Loot the library for books that you need toopen the secret door.
Solve the riddle with books to open the secret passage
Free the dog from the cage to keep it as your pet. The dog will help you in figh, afterwards, if you feed him with ribs
Solve the riddle with pillars to get into the prison
Use Search to find the descent into the second level of the catacombs
Collect all of the ancient weapons. It is a part of the statue riddle
Inside, you find Gem of Battle which you need for solving the riddle. From the corpse of the dead skeleton, collect the second half of the legendary shield
Loot the sarcophagus, where there is the Gem of Shadows, which you need for solving the riddle
Loot the sarcophagus, where there is the Gem of Mysticism, which you need for solving the riddle
Here, you find three busts that you need for solving the riddle
Solve the riddle to gain access to the rest of the catacombs

Gilded Eye Chapterhouse is the main location of the enemy guild. You can get inside from the Neverwinter Woods, by using one of the three methods. The most effective way of exploring this area is to acquire the builder's journal and to use the secret passage leading to the Gilded Eye. The journal can be found in the Bear Dean. While exploring the Javen's room, the leader of the Gilded Eye, search his chest, where a key required to open the door leading to the prison can be found.

The Chapterhouse is divided into four levels. The first level is where the Javen's room can be found. The second one holds the headquarters of the guild, as well as numerous chests to loot. The third level is the prison, where characters such as Morlesh - required to complete the Cult of Ghaundaur quest - and Leoril - the Free the Bartender quest - can be found. Additionally, a future companion, Bryn, is here as well. Bryn will be recruited automatically, after killing the main guard (Warden) of the prison. In order to leave this location, you must locate the secret passage leading to the catacombs. At the end of the location you will have to face Jessia, the leader of the Gilded Eye assassins.
