Sword Coast Legends: Troll Patriarch - Side quest

Go to the troll cave (M8, Troll Cave). Inside you will find Cora, who will ask you to reclaim her items and kill the troll. Go through the corridors and rooms of the cave, until you reach the said Troll. After killing him, what shouldn't be all that difficult, collect items (together with Dwarven Skull) from the main chest. The other chest will contain the items Cora asked you to retrieve (Cora's Belongings). Head to Cora standing by the doors and complete the quest, which will give you 1400 experience points and 500 gold.

After leaving the cave you should be able to see a stone circle on the ground (M8,14). After using the Search ability you will be able to interact with it. Provided that you have high enough wisdom (WIS) attribute, you will be able to place the skull you've recently found in the middle of the circle. If you do that, you will be given a permanent boost, increasing your gold gain by 25%.
