Sword Coast Legends: Pulled Back In - Larethar's quest

During your stay at the encampment, speak with Lorethar. From the conversation you will learn, that he owes some money to a thud and he will ask you for help. Head to the Cutlass inn in the Market District ad speak with Thoradin sitting by the bar. You will be told, that Lorethar's debt can be repaid if you help him recover a missing cargo. After the conversation ends, set your destination to the slums. After arriving, meet with Thoradin and continue your journey with a new companion. Your task is to track a bandit who attacked Thoradin. In order to do so, go to the mark placed near the Miranda's shop and use the Search ability to look for blood marks.

Follow the marks until you reach a bleeding mercenary (Elite Guard). After killing the man, search the nearby chest to find Thoradin's necklace. Afterwards, enter the mercenaries' hideout (Ruined Dragonblood Fort). Tread carefully while there, as there are numerous traps scattered around the area - remember to use the Search ability to detect them.

Move along the corridors until you reach a bigger room. Inside you will stumble upon several mercenaries, who can cause some serious trouble. First of all, use your sleep, paralysis and other crowd control effects - this way you will be able to eliminate at least a couple of them from the fight.

After eliminating the enemies, go to the adjacent room, where you will find a chest, containing a key required to get to the lower floor of the fortress (Downstairs Dragonblood Key). The lower level of the fortress is the place in which you will have to fight the leader of the mercenaries. This encounter is a lot easier than the previous one, so you should have no trouble dealing with the bandit. Collect the cloak (Dragonbloods Cloak of Office) from the body of the fallen captain. Afterwards, go to the adjacent room, where the Thoradin's stolen shipment can be found. Regardless of your choices in the upcoming conversation, the quest will be finished.

Reward: 1750 experience points.
