Use "introspection" to review the situation - secondary objective
You can find introspection by hovering your cursor over Kate's bed. After listening to the main character, click on the continue sign to end the cutscene.
Talk to Katyusha
Approach the woman sitting on the bed and talk to her. Select all dialogue options one after another to become familiar with the situation.
Get ready for work
Use the faucet by the wall. When you wash your face, an item will be added to your equipment - Oskar's heart. Then walk up to the grid and grab your bag.
Examine the parcel
Walk up to the parcel, pick up the plane ticket, music box, and read the letter.
