The Testament of Sherlock Holmes: Find Stolen Rowlocks

From a judge's letter you know, that someone stole two rowlocks, souvenirs from a college times when judge took part in boat-races.

One of them can be found in kitchen, nearby crates under the wall, under some rag. Pick up the rag and take rowlock from underneath.

Getting the second one requires more effort. On a low cupboard in classroom you find a box - click on it. It's top is a puzzle, which rules are as follows: four operations are connected by some logic sequence. To create a roman numbers, you have to use all sticks at the bottom. You can use a X number only once, and it's the highest possible number you can use. Every next sum can't be higher than the previous one. You move sticks with LMB, and rotate (to create V or X) with arrows which appears after sliding over a particular stick.

Taking this into consideration, put a III in a first operation III (3 + 3 = 6),

in the second: IV (4 + 3 = 7),

in the third: X and II (10 - 2 = 8),

in the fourth: VI (6 + 3 = 9).
