Get on a crates through a cart, and from that on a stone ramp. Holmes will forbid Toby to jump through the second (open) window - click it. You have to find another way.
Look behind those crates. There are few bags covering a small window. Bite through some of them, so the window becomes available. Go inside (another achievement: "Sleuth Hound").
Standing in front of door, behind two furnaces, turn right and pull a rope tied to nearby something ladder-like. Holmes will use a line to get inside.
