Your task is to kill a zombie and smear his guts over yourself. Select: Dead Walker - Open, Entrails - Pick Up. Also select: Sarah - Smear Guts, then follow the group. During the escape you will see as one of Carver's people shoots Carlos.
Defend yourself from the zombie by pressing the buttons that show up on the screen.
At the end of this episode you encounter an important choice. You have to make the decision whether you kill the zombie or hack off Sarita's arm.
