After entering the terrace, locate the cannon that you can block the entrance with and select: Cannon - Use.
Important Choice
1.) Grab my hand! - You rescue Jane and leave Sarah to a certain death.
2.) Save Sarah! - You order Jane to rescue Sarah.
If you have chosen to rescue Sarah.

However, no matter of which option you choose, you will witness Sarah being eaten alive by zombies.

After regaining control over your character, select: Support Plate - Hack, to destroy the terrace.
