The Witcher 2 Assassins of Kings: The War Council

Step 1: Follow Skalen and head to the war council

Right after reaching Vergen, you will first have to accommodate in your chamber. Follow Skalen to the tavern (M15, 1). Unfortunately you won't find any storage chest inside. Before you start the tour around the city, it's worth to finish this mission - the gate will be unlocked and you will have access to the second part of the city.

Step 2: Head to the war council

When you're ready, head to where the war council takes place, to the Castle of the Three Fathers (M15, 4) - you have to pass through long corridor to get there. Iorweth will make his appearance during the council and afterwards Saskia will get poisoned with wine. Once the Dragonslayer gets transported to a safer place, talk with Philippa and ask her what she need for the antidote. In order to create the potion, you will have to collect: the dwarven immortelle (Xenanthemum), rose of remembrance, source of power and royal blood.

You will unlock The Eternal Battle.

You will unlock Royal Blood.

You will unlock Where is Triss Merigold?

You will unlock Hunting Magic.

You will unlock A Matter of Life and Death.

You will unlock Subterranean Life.

Notice! After finishing this mission, you can head to the gate (M15, 5) and it will be opened, giving you access to the rest of the camp as well as the possibility to head to the Pontar Valley.
