Two Point Campus: Employees - how to fire?

The following page of the Two Point Campus guide provides information on dismissing employees. You will learn how to get rid of an unwanted employee and when it is worth firing them.

Although it is worth having well-qualified staff, sooner or later you will have to lay off some of them. There may be various reasons - lack of funds to keep an employee, insufficient qualifications, or simply wrong choice of a person for the job.

To dismiss an employee, you first need to select a specific person. To do this, click on their character model, or go to the Staff Management section and select an employee from the list.

On the right side of the screen you will find information about the employee. At the bottom of their card you have an icon with a trash can symbol. Click on it to start the firing process.

If you are sure of your decision, confirm your choice. The selected employee will no longer be working on your campus.
