Your Two Point Campus is a private university, so students must pay monthly tuition fees. This page of the game guide provides tips on how to increase or decrease your tuition and what this action entails.
This page explains how to change your university's tuition, the fee every student has to pay to attend. We also explain the possible consequences you can meet when the tuition is too high or too low.
You can only set the tuition before the start of the academic year. Enter Course Management, then click the gear icon.
Use the plus and minus symbols to increase or decrease the tuition your students will pay during this year. You should always keep some things in mind:
- The higher the tuition, the less students will apply to your college. Lowering the fees, obviously, attracts more students.
- Setting a tuition higher than the default lowers student happiness, while lower tuition increases it.
- Admitting less students to a course than its max capacity increases studying speed. Students study slower when the tuition is high and the course is crowded.
Depending on the situation, sometimes lowering the tuition and admitting more students will give you more income than simply raising the tuition. Remember you must provide the extra students adequate living conditions on your campus.
