Weapons
Blacksmiths can upgrade your firearms and melee weapons. Before you can upgrade weapons in Weird West you also need a certain amount of metal ore - depending on the quality and level of the weapon.
Vests
Vests can be crafted or upgrading at Tanning Stations in the The Dagger * Bone Trading Company shops. As with firearms and melee weapons, you need resources to do so.
