Toolbox #1

Continue with the story until you reach the entrance to the fort. There are hanging bodies here - start your exploration here (screenshot).

Go to the ruined buildings - avoid or dispose of opponents found along the way. One of them just has a box (above image).

Secret Box #1

The secret is to be found while crossing the courtyard of the fort. This is about the area where you get the mission objective of using Sophia's prism to avoid being devoured by rats.

You will notice the closed workshop on the floor of the ruins - we have marked it in the picture.

Avoid the rats by helping yourself with the Prism or Ignifer and reach the stairs. Go to the first floor and sacrifice 1 knife to open the workbench.
