Apex Legends: Damage system

In Apex Legends, your successful shots are displayed on your screen, showing the amount and the type of damage dealt. The section below will help you understand the appearing data, enabling you to learn when to back down, and when to continue firing.
Armor
Violet numbers mean that the enemy has level 3 armor. Blue digits mean level 2 armor, while white digits mean that the enemy has level 1 armor.
Damage Dealt
Dealt damage is marked with red digits. When you notice that you are dealing such damage, it means that the enemy does not have or just has lost his armor, and it will be easier to eliminate him.
Headshots
Headshots are the most effective way of eliminating an opponent, but they require a lot of precision and skill. Headshots are represented by yellow numbers.
