In Apex Legends, one person leads the whole team when landing. This means that you are before a very important decision, as the landing spot should give your team the equipment that will be needed to survive the next round. If you don't want to be the one to decide upon the landing spot, you can relinquish your leadership and give the jumpmaster rights to someone else.
How to give up the function of Jumpmaster?
If you don't want to be the Jumpmaster, all you have to do is to press the "Relinquish" button. The game will give the Jumpmaster rights to someone else.
