Borderlands 3: What does Eridian Fabricator do?

You get Eridian Fabricator automatically during the final part of the main storyline. You get it from Typhon DeLeon after reaching the Vault of the Serpent during Footsteps of Giants, one of the main quests.
Eridian Fabricator can be placed in one of the active weapon slots.
Eridian Fabricator is not used for attacking enemies, but only to "spit out" random loot. Each use of this gadget costs 10 pieces of Eridium - instead of bullets, it will shoot 10 random weapons.
In our opinion, there are better options for spending your Eridium, for example, buying some very rare items from Crazy Earl.
Eridian Fabricator stays in your inventory forever and it can't, for example, be sold. Fortunately, it doesn't take up any inventory slots.
