In order to complete this mission successfully and deal a strong hit to the Soviet intelligence, you must kill Vadim Rudnik and correctly identify 3 suspects. If you do this correctly, you will be informed at the end of the game that Major Rudnik poses no threat and also his spy network has been destroyed.
