Darksiders Genesis: I'm stuck in textures - what now?

Each location in Darksiders Genesis consists of many different levels or objects. While exploring the world, you can get stuck between invisible walls or fall into the abyss from which you can't get out.

Try to mount and dismount your horse

The mounting animation makes your character move forward. In some cases, the hero gets unstuck automatically by mounting his horse.

Jump

Perhaps the character is standing on some invisible shelf that you can't notice. Try jumping in various directions. This might help you get your character unstuck.

To turn off the game

If running, jumping and mounting a horse doesn't work, just turn off the game. After running it again, the character should stand next to the place in which he got stuck.

Can I load a different save?

The game doesn't have the option of having separate save slots. Everything is saved in one file. You can't go back to a previous part of the game.
