Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen: Evil Eye

Description: A huge, flying, powerful and evil eye with magick at its disposal as well as... tentacles.

Location: The Everfall (Chamber of Confusion, Chamber of Sorrow).

Weakness: Holy damage.

Attacks: The Eye has a wide variety of tentacle attacks which it can "teleport" on the ground (they look like worms then). Each tentacle can cast its own offensive spells, which is a very dangerous thing. The tentacles on the enemies' body can attack. A dangerous one is a light beam - it causes blindness, poisons, slows down and petrifies (!). Evil Eye can also silence mages, teleport and resurrect its tentacles.

Strategy: Fighting the Eye is pretty distinctive, as most of the time the enemy holds a powerful barrier. When you see the eye flicker, focus on the tentacles (the ones in the ground too). Only after you've cut off all or most of them do you have a chance for the magick barrier to disappear.

After a while, the monster will loose the shield - this is when you can attack or stun it. After dealing a certain amount of damage, the Eye will drop from its shell. Attack will all you've got - you'll be dealing quite serious damage then.
