Bodies that glow yellow will guide you through the labyrinth

At the beginning of your gameplay you will not receive any quests. All you have to do is to use passages to access the next level of the underworld - Duskmoon Tower. Bodies that glow yellow will show you way, and you will hear voices every time you approach one of them. The violet indicator on your map will mark your next targets.

Death - Just run as fast as you can

Wolves and goblins will be the only casual enemies that you encounter on your way. However, at a large square full of goblins you will encounter a boss - Death. Don't even try to fight it, just run as fast as you can (you can also retreat and wait for it to go away). If Death kills your Pawn, it will remain dead until you summon it from the Rift. Follow the stairs down till you reach a green door.
