Even though there's no number in the title, it is actually "Forza Motorsport 8." The publisher chose to ignore that aspect, likely because of the numerous changes that classify the discussed game as a reboot of the series.If the Forza Horizon series is a synonym for complete freedom with a pinch of madness, Motorsport represents the opposite. We compete on closed tracks, and the driving model is more simulation-oriented, but not excessively.
Driving cars with low power isn't especially challenging, but after switching to several hundred horsepower supercars, things become more complicated, although you can still play using a controller. Racing proves to be enjoyable rather than frustrating, and it offers plenty of excitement. It's satisfying that computer drivers don't cheat - they don't suddenly catch up when we overtake them significantly, nor do they slow down when we are the ones sniffing fumes. Artificial intelligence always strives to perform at its best. And a genuine struggle for position is the most effective way to raise adrenaline.
