10 Best RPGs of 2023 - Editors' Choice

There's no point in keeping you in the dark. Yes, Baldur's Gate 3 has claimed the title of best RPG of 2023. However, there may already be surprises in the other nine positions.

5. Starfield

Starfield, Bethesda Softworks, 2023.

Number of points scored: 70

Bethesda's most anticipated title since Skyrim and the final hope for Xbox fans, who viewed Todd Howard's new game as a savior for exclusive games on their platform. At first contact, Starfield makes an incredible impression. Freedom to choose, enormous opportunities for exploring space, and captivating side quests. There was no end to the initial delights.

However, more issues with the game began to emerge after the honeymoon period. Did it take away the joy of playing this title? Not necessarily for those who have fallen in love with it. So I'm not surprised that this game ultimately ranked highly in our vote. Even though I don't share the enthusiasm for Starfield.
