Fallout 3 GOTY: Cheats
If you want to make your Fallout 3 GOTY experience easier, you can use the cheat list. On this page of the game guide, we present a list of all available cheat codes and how to enter them.
If the game is too difficult for you, or you just want to experiment and enjoy the casual gameplay, you can use the cheats below.
To enter a cheat, you need to open the console with the tilde (~) key. If there is an X in the command, replace it with the number of your choice.

Kill | Automatically kills a specific character |
player.modScale 1 | Your character becomes a giant |
coc | Teleports you to the place of your choosing |
ShowNameMenu | Changes the name of your character |
setgs fJumpHeighMin X | Changes your character's jump height (default value up to 64) |
player.setlevel X | Changes the level of your character (does not affect anything else) |
player.setav speedmult XXX | Changes your character's walking speed (default value is 100) |
setgs fMoveRunMult X | Changes your character's running speed (default value is 4) |
Modpca (stat name) X | Changes the value of a given S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stat |
SexChange | Changes the gender of your character |
cam | Closes all open menu windows |
CompleteQuest | Immediately completes the active quest |
disableallmines | Disarms all mines |
tcai | Turns off enemy AI |
getXPfornextlevel | Displays the amount of XP needed to reach the next experience level |
Setessential 6a772 1 | Dogmeat becomes immortal |
SetPCYoung | Your character becomes a child |
addachievment XX | Unlocks the achievement depending on the entered number (from 1 to 53) |
tgm | Immortality (God Mode) |
Killall | Kills everyone in the area |
EnablePlayerControls | You can move around during cut-scenes |
movetoqt | Moves your character to the current quest marker |
ressurect | Resurrects a dead target |
ResetQuest | Resets the given quest |

TG | Turns grass off/on |
TT | Disable/enable trees |
unlock | Unlocks selected doors, terminals, chests |
tcai | Disables enemy combat AI |

Disable | Removes the given character without killing it |

Resethealth | Restores all health points |
