Far Cry Primal: Fly Like Bird (Urki the Thinker)

You will easily find the fish by using Takkar's talent.

Go to the hunting area. You will find some easy to beat enemies in addition to animals. The fish you are looking for can be obtained from water, snow birds are walking on a small island, and turtles are on the other side.

Aim the arrow in the direction from which the crow will fly.

You can have trouble only with crows that are flying above the island. You must aim in such way that the arrow will be released just before the bird. It is best to observe the route of the bird and aim slightly further. When the crow gets close to the arrow, shoot. Hunter vision can make it easier to mark the crow. Once you collect all materials, deliver them to Urki. Finally go to the vantage point and look at the magnificent flight.
