Far Cry Primal: Udam Village Attack

Speak with the Shaman and build a comfy hut for him.

Note: In order to unlock this quest, you must first upgrade Tensay's Hut. To do so, approach the stone plate located near the shaman. If you have all the necessary resources (2x Alder Wood, 2x Slate, 2x Reeds and 2x Wolf Skin) you will be able to complete the said upgrade. Afterwards, talk with Sayla, who can be found in the cave, and do so again the next day.

Note 2: before you speak with Sayla, it's worth to take some time and collect the materials necessary to upgrade your Quiver and Meat Bag. They can definitely help you during the defense of the village, which triggers after the conversation.

Watch out for the poison and spears thrown at you.

The attack force consists of a few enemies, mainly using spears and container-like poison bombs. You should especially watch out for the latter, as getting hit with the poison will gradually take out your health. Your weapons can be changed swiftly during combat - the spear is extremely effective as a ranged weapon, whereas the club can be used in melee combat.

By keeping your distance you will be able to eliminate the enemies without the risk of getting injured.

A great tactic is to sneak on the outskirts of the village and eliminate enemies with your bow - with proper aiming you should be able to get rid of them relatively quickly. Don't forget about your wolf - if he's injured during combat, you can approach him and throw him some meat to heal his wounds. After you've dealt with the enemies, loot their bodies and go speak with Sayla.

You will stumble upon some Udam patrols on your journey to the camp.

Afterwards, head towards the Udam camp marked on the map. During your journey you will stumble upon at least two enemy patrols, fighting with allied Wenja warriors.

Watch out for the enemies located at the entrance.

As soon as you approach the camp, three bone trees will be marked on the map. Try to remain hidden while travelling through the enemy camp, because there are numerous enemies located here. You can increase your chances of remaining unseen by walking in a crouched position through the tall grass. You should use your bow to eliminate enemies - make sure to aim for the head.

Destroy the Udam "totems".

If you are detected, run out of the camp, outside the range of the enemy archers and get rid of the foes chasing you. Further journey through the camp looks exactly the same - your main task here is to get rid of all the enemies. When it's relatively safe, you must destroy the bone trees. After all the enemies are taken care of and the three bone trees are destroyed, the mission will be completed.

Note: Your next task should be to acquire the three specialized villagers for the Wenja village.
