The game develops ideas used in the award-winning production of AaaaaA! A Reckless Disregard for Gravity - with the difference that subsequent levels are not designed from above, but are generated procedurally on the basis of any chosen, own music background.

The story of Never Alone is based on Inuit beliefs, with players taking control of a young girl from the Inupiaq tribe who sets on a dangerous journey with her white fox to save her people and stop the arrival of the eternal blizzard. During her adventure, she will meet many creatures from Inuit legends, such as Sky People, Rolling Heads or Blizzard Man.

What makes Overruled! stand out among similar titles, is the fact that the players can use special cards to change the game rules at any moment. Such solution forces the players to quickly adapt to the new rules.

This is a continuation of NES Remix, which was released at the end of 2013.

However, due to a magic spell, they still act as one and when you move one of them, the other piece moves as wells, which makes it easy to fail. To succeed, you have to control both pieces at once, while being wary of any dangers and carefully planning every step.
