Controlled characters collect items and use them in puzzles in order to push the story further. Adventure games usually offer only single player mode and the point-and-click interface. The second episode is set in a small village known as Calcares, which has been overrun by powerful demons.

A mobile adventure game developed by French studio Mi-Clos. The story of Out There: Chronicles is related to the exploration strategy game Out There. The title is not a direct sequel but a rather spin-off. Once again the player travels to the distant galaxy inhabited by various alien species. The main protagonist is a lone human astronaut. Out There: Chronicles expands the player's knowledge player about the universe by, for example, explaining who created the so-called Arcs.

In order to prevent a widespread panic from ensuing, the Prince of Wittemberg sends a pair of investigators to the town, who are tasked with discovering the truth.

The action of Shadow Of Nebula takes place in 3102 – after finding an alien spaceship and reverse engineering its technology, humans have created intelligent nanobots. However, the temptation to use them for wrong purposes was too strong, so their creator decided to destroy every document concerning information about nanobots.

Pinstripe focuses on two important topics: faith and fatherhood. The player assumes the role of a former pastor, named Teddy, whose daughter was kidnapped by a mysterious creature which calls itself God. The player starts chasing the creature and soon reaches the hell – surprisingly covered with ice.

We are introduced to a grim version of 2113, in which a complex computer system called Sybil monitors the actions, thoughts, and emotional state of the inhabitants, creating a criminal behavior estimate for every citizen.

Inspired by the famous novel by Lewis Carroll, Alice VR is set in a science-fiction world, where we play as a hero whose ship has been forced to land on an unknown planet.

Fran Bow is the debut project of the two-people studio Killmonday Games and was funded thanks to a crowdfunding campaign at Indiegogo. In the game, we assume the role of the eponymous Fran who witnesses the brutal murder of her own parents.

The player assumes the role of Catherine Jones; the heroine is on a space journey aboard the Pilgrimage II ship when she unexpectedly loses consciousness. Having awakened, she discovers that the vessels is abandoned, while Kazumi, the on-board artificial intelligence, is damaged and trying to take complete control of the ship.
The Silver Case

A detective adventure game prepared by Goichi Suda and Playsim studio and a remake of a title originally released for PlayStation in 1999. The Silver Case retains the same plot, with only minor changes. The story takes place in Japan, in an area known as 24 Districts. A series of brutal and very strange murders takes place, with the famous killer Kamui Uehara pinned as the main suspect. Problem is that he was killed a few years earlier by one of the local detectives.

The Lion's Song takes place in Austria, in the early 20th century, and the plot in centered around three creative people at the defining moments of their careers: a young composer preparing to create her greatest work, a middle-aged inventor, and a brilliant mathematician working on a groundbreaking equation.

The player is taken to the titular valley, which is a mysterious place located somewhere in the Rocky Mountains. Assuming the role of an unspecified character, the player traverses a set of diversified locations, trying to discover the secrets hidden in the area. The protagonist makes use of the L.E.A.F.

The title’s plot follows a clown named Dropsy who got lost after a fire in his circus and tries to find a new place for himself in the world. The title takes you to a mysterious town of Shivercliff, the destination of the game's main hero – Matthew Palmer. After a train wreck, he tries to find his family, which requires delving into the town’s dark secrets.

The game was inspired by American TV series such as The X-Files or The Twilight Zone, as well the British series Black Mirror and video games like The Stanley Parable or P.T. (the playable teaser of the ultimately cancelled Silent Hills).
