America’s Army: Proving Grounds is the fourth installment in the popular series of free online shooters developed at the commission and with the cooperation of the United States Army. The franchise was established in 2002 and serves as a form of military career promotion.

Proving Grounds remains true to the traditions of the series and offers another chance to put ourselves in the shoes of an American soldier. The title puts a big emphasis on realism and faithful reproduction of structures and organizational elements that exist within the United States Armed Forces. The weapons, equipment, and tactics used by virtual soldiers correspond to their real world counterparts.

Initially, the game forces the player to go through a basic training course, in accordance with the real life rules. Once it is completed, we may immediately set out on the virtual battlefield, where up to 32 soldiers participate in battles. As we accomplish subsequent missions and tests, we gain access to additional content and are awarded with adequate distinctions. The developers emphasizes following the codes and regulations that apply within the army. Violating any rule will have a negative influence on our military career. The combat system of the latest America’s Army is very demanding, as it takes into account numerous factors that are often ignored in the onther productions, including the relation between breathing and accuracy.
