Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck is the fourth add-on to Borderlands 3, a bestselling FPS with RPG elements, released in 2019. As well as the main game, this add-on was developed by the Gearbox Software studio, which is in charge of the series.
The story presented in Borderlands 3: Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck revolves around the madness of the Psychos, one of main enemies in the series. The brilliant Patricia Tannis discovers that their minds are being destroyed after a visit to the mythical Vaulthalla. The scientist even managed to catch one of them - Krieg - but due to the state of his psyche, communication with him is proving problematic. With no other option, Tannis transfers the characters controlled by the players directly into his mind so that they can work with his two personalities (peacemakers and bloodthirsty) and explore the secrets of Vaulthalla.
The game in Borderlands 3: Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck is no different from what we know from the main game. However, the add-on gives us completely new locations and tasks.
Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck is not a stand-alone expansion, so it requires a basic version of Borderlands 3 to work.
