Broken Alliance is a turn-based strategy with RPG elements, enriched with mechanics straight from card games. It was developed by the independent studio Placeholder Gameworks from Estonia, which has the game Death and Taxes in its portfolio. The inspiration for this project came from titans of the genre, led by series such as Heroes of Might and Magic, King’s Bounty, Age of Wonders, Master of Magic and Disciples.

Story

Broken Alliance takes us to the fantasy world of Eol, which found itself on the brink of destruction as a result of magic abuse. During the game, we take the lead of one of the factions shaking the world. Our task is to save it before it gets destroyed. How the future of this land unfolds largely depends on our actions and the choices we make.
