Action RPG with open world and simple strategic elements. In Crystarise we take on the role of the heroine who wanders the world full of dangers in search of resources, which are used to expand the island that belongs to her.
Crystarise is an action RPG, with simple strategy elements. The game was developed by an indie studio Yukiusagi Games.
Crystarise takes us on a journey to a fantastic world. The main character of the game is a young girl, who was named the guardian deity of the heavenly island. In order for her piece of land to prosper, the girl must traverse the world underneath and face numerous dangers.
In Crystarise we observe the action from an isometric view. Game offers us an open world generated procedurally. We can find there vast landscapes and dark undergrounds. While wandering through it, we fight with enemies first of all. We eliminate them using ranged attacks or melee, using cold weapons. Apart from that we gather useful resources, which are used to expand the island and develop its infrastructure. On our land we build new structures, create items and host a variety of neutral characters. All this expands the range of possibilities and skills of the protagonist (for example, by building windmills, we increase her speed), which in turn allows us to venture further and further into the land full of dangers.
Graphics in Crystarise is in a simple, yet clear cartoon style.
