Plot

The main character of the game is Dandy Ace - a magician who has been imprisoned in a cursed mirror by the sinister illusionist Lele. In order to escape and defeat his green-eyed enemy, the protagonist will have to make his way through the ever-changing palace, whose rooms form a vast labyrinth of rooms and corridors, and face the enemies that await him.

Mechanics

In Dandy Ace, the action is observed from a top-down view. Moving through the palace, we mainly fight with the enemies. During dynamic clashes we make use of various skills. They are provided to us by collectible cards, whose power we increase by linking them in various combinations. What deck we decide to compose determines our style of play. In addition, the valuables collected along the way can be exchanged for useful items that slightly increase our combat potential.

In addition to regular enemies, much more powerful bosses with greater strength and resistance to damage stand in our way. Be careful when eliminating enemies, because after death you have to start the journey from the beginning, further complicated by the fact that the layout of the palace changes. Fortunately, the protagonist does not lose everything when he dies. As you progress, you gain permanent upgrades, making you progressively stronger.
